SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package along the way.
We currently ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs vary by destination. At checkout, you'll be able to select from available shipping options for your region, including standard or express services when offered. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Below are average delivery estimates. Exact timing depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Portugal: 2-10 business days
Continental Europe: 3-10 business days
Please keep in mind that you are ordering from a small studio, and that during busy periods delivery times may be slightly longer. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to reach out to us at hello@limboatelier.com and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
Each piece is made by hand, which means no two are exactly alike. We describe and photograph our pieces carefully, but small variations in shape, colour, and finish are part of what makes them unique.
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@limboatelier.com, with photos documenting the condition of the item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Returned items that arrive broken or show signs of use will not be refunded.
To start a return, contact us at orders@limboatelier.com. Please do not send items back without reaching out first.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalised orders are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
